Mallory Haeflich
Mallory Haeflich has been with Latti Associates LLC since 2021. She began at the firm as a paralegal, working full-time while attending Suffolk University Law School’s selective accelerated program at night. While in law school, Mallory received awards for Best Brief, Best Oral Argument, Honors in Negotiation, and was a member of Suffolk’s Health & Biomedical Law Journal.
At Latti Associates, Mallory focuses her practice on a broad range of maritime matters, including Jones Act claims, general maritime law claims, wage disputes, and discrimination cases. She has represented commercial fishermen, merchant mariners, recreational boaters, ferry passengers, and cruise passengers, and has been involved in cases all over the country, including in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Jersey, Washington, Virginia, Florida, and Ohio. No matter the case or client, Mallory is dedicated to providing thoughtful and effective representation, always striving to secure the justice her clients deserve.
Outside of the office, Mallory is an avid boater and grew up learning the ropes from her grandfather, a Kings Point alum, and father, a SUNY Maritime alum.
